Spectra Personnel is currently looking for Administrative Assistants in the Orlando/Lake Mary FL Area
Responsibilities: 1) Recordkeeping, billing, payroll support, customer service, Administrative duties 2) Support Manager in daily functions 3) Positive communications and support with all levels of staff 4) Develop and maintain collaboration and respect among all individuals 5) Special duties may be assigned based on the needs of management.
Requirements: 1) Bilingual (English/Spanish) 2) Word, Excel Skills 3) Ability to multi-task and prioritize 4) Excellent communication and organizational skills 5) Quick learner and problem-solver 6) Basic understanding of accounting procedures 7) Ability to work 8:00a – 5:00p, but stay later if necessary
Start pay: $13/hr.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen
