Job Overview


Performs customer service and order entry functions for specific customer population. Provide sales order feedback and follows order to completion. Will work closely with the Inside Sales Engineer and production staff. Customer liaison skills and building customer relationships.


Preferred Associates Degree or 2+ years’ experience, Microsoft Office Suite, Phone etiquette and Data Entry skills.


Air-conditioned office environment. Some stress related to heavy inbound communications and working with deadline oriented material.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Processes sales order and related workflow and services

•Collaborates with sales, purchasing, production, planners and shipping as needed

•Ability to focus on teamwork, ownership and accountability for initiatives

•Documents customers product performance and account specifications

•Provides timely, accurate responses to Customers

•Ensures the integrity and accurate input of orders, changes, credits, and maintenance of customer account information.

•Follows specified procedures/processes and supports others.

•Multi tasks to include navigating a computer while conducting phone conversations.

•Interprets work orders and schedules via AX and Kanbans.

•Maintains a calm, professional demeanor at all times with Customers as well as with co-workers.

•Convert requisitions to purchase orders.

•Ensure all purchase orders are confirmed and noted in ERP system in compliance with client Service line agreements.
