Account Executive – Performs all sales and customer service activities within designated territory to increase both market share and gross margins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Calls and visits to customers and prospective leads to discuss services, resolve issues, answer questions or concerns, and develop a better understanding of client company culture.
Provides branch support on roll out of new clients, including service agreement compliance, bill rates, conversion schedules, perm fees, etc.
Forecasted projected sales within designated territory.
Increases closing ratio by understanding and developing a resolution for clients’ current needs.
Negotiates contracts based on establish pricing matrix.
Tours client facility to gain understanding of business operations, current recruitment criteria, and risk mapping.
Maintains and updates client profile, notes, requirement changes, order fulfillment, and/or changing in business operations.
Assists with implementation of new services with client, recruitment, and temporary employees.
Provides recruitment with updates on new and existing orders for prompt order fulfillment.
Establishes all required documentation needed for a new client including service agreement, credit approval, hiring requirements, job descriptions, etc.
Teams with recruitment to establish a solid client relationship and a streamlined communication path.
Works with local branch team to assist in client resolution for billing and service issues.
Continues on enhancement of skills for career development and participates on internal training.
Provides daily reports to operations and sales director on sales leads, appointments and sales trends.
Provides guidance on company policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and/or training.
Must be able to participate in “on call” rotations or working weekends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
